Please bring photo identification (White Card course ONLY) and your USI (Unique Student Identifier), if available.
ALL TRAINING MATERIALS and resources are provided. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and enclosed footwear, particularly for practical courses.

IN MOST CASES, certificates cannot be issued until all assessment requirements have been successfully completed and the necessary documentation has been processed.

OUR TRAINERS AIM to create a supportive learning environment and will provide guidance throughout the course. If you have any concerns about language, literacy, or learning support, please contact our team before training so we can discuss your individual needs.
IF YOU are running late, please contact our team as soon as possible.
DEPENDING on the course requirements, late arrivals may miss important information or practical activities. We will do our best to assist, however some courses may require participants to attend another session if critical training has been missed.

IF YOU are unable to attend your course, please contact your Employment Service Provider or the organisation that arranged your training as soon as possible.
THET WILL be able to discuss your circumstances and advise you on any available options or future training opportunities.
MINIMUM AGE requirements vary depending on the course.
RSA participants must be at least 16 years of age to undertake training. However, participants must be 18 years or older to legally serve alcohol.
White Card participants must be at least 14 years of age.
Other courses may have flexible age requirements depending on the training program and individual circumstances.

MANY OF OUR courses include practical activities designed to help you apply your skills in real-world situations.
DEPENDING on the course, you may participate in hands-on tasks, demonstrations, scenarios, role plays, or workplace simulations under the guidance of an experienced trainer.
