   Take your time. Let the stories, reflections, and worksheets speak to you.

2. Use your own notebook or printed worksheets.
   Because this edition is meant to travel, readers are asked not to write in the book itself.
   Instead, use your own notebook, printed copies, or the downloadable worksheets.

3. Fill in your Time Capsule page inside the book.
   At the back of the book, you’ll find Time Capsule pages.
   This is where you write your name, date, and a short message for the next reader.

4. Add your pin to the map.
   When you’re finished, come back to this page and add your town and message so we can track where the book has travelled.

5. Pass it on.
   When the moment feels right, give the book to someone who needs encouragement, belief, or a gentle push forward.
